Currency
All of our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For those of you outside of Canada, feel free to use the currency converter at http://www.xe.com to see current currency conversion rates. Lindsay's Candles & Stuff only accepts payment in Canadian dollars unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Timeline
Since all orders are handmade, there is currently a 1-7 business day turnaround time. As we do carry some stock all the time, in most cases your order will be shipped out sooner than 7 days. In the event that you place a large order you will be contacted with a timeline as to when your product will be ready.

Payment
Payment is accepted by paypal, money order or cash for local pick-ups. If you wish to pay by money order we will e-mail you with our mailing address shortly after we receive your order. All orders must be pre-paid before shipment or delivery.

Shipping
Canadian customers
- Flat rate of $9.99. Free shipping on retail orders over $100.00 (after applicable sale prices, or vouchers/discounts and before taxes are applied.)
- Canada Post Expedited service. This service includes $100 of insurance and a tracking number.

US Customers
- Flat rate of $12.49. Free shipping on retail orders over $100.00 (after applicable sale prices, or vouchers/discounts)
- Shipping to the US is done via either Canada Post Small Parcel, or Canada Post Expedited service. Both include $100 of insurance and Expedited includes a tracking number.

International
- Please contact us for rates. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Nigeria at this time.

If you wish to have your order shipped in another manner contact us to discuss this. Lindsay's Candles & Stuff is not responsible for any duty or taxes charged at the border for parcels being shipped outside of Canada.

Returns
At Lindsay's Candles & Stuff we've instituted a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We believe in our product & think that you will too! If however there are any problems please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, items must be in their original packaging, fully intact, unopened and unused. Please advise us of any damaged, incorrect or defective product within 2 days. Any errors on our part will be immediately corrected to your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on custom & special orders. Custom & special order sales are final.

Cancellations
Please advise us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. At that time your money will be refunded in full. After 12 hours your order will have already been started and your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Privacy
We respect the privacy of our customers here at Lindsay's Candles & Stuff. We will never give away or sell any of your information. In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (ie: Paypal) may also collect this information from our authorized customers. Please note that this site contains links to other websites. Note that when you click on one of those links you will be moving to another website. We encourage you to read their privacy policy as it may differ from ours.
